In the winter semester of 2014, we both started our studies at the University of Bayreuth. Michelle wanted to become a Mathematics and Economics teacher, and Andreas studied to become a teacher for Computer Science and Mathematics.
We met in our shared math lectures and quickly became good friends.
Five years later, we realized that there was more than just friendship. We became a couple.
Christmas 2021, we moved in together.
In Februar 2024, Andreas proposed during a trip to Rauher Kulm, here in our hometown. The ring was inside a Poké Ball, something Michelle didn’t expect at all. After some “You’re crazy!” exclamations, there was finally a “Yes.”
On our 5th anniversary, we said “I do” to each other during our civil wedding ceremony.
